Jokisch W2 OP is a soluble
cutting and grinding fluid for use on any type of ferrous
and non-ferrous metal. Suitable for all general machining
and CNC machining. Particular useful when grinding and
cutting application should be covered by one product.

| CHARACTERISTICS |
Jokisch
W2 OP is a soluble cutting fluid based on highly
raffinated mineral oil with low aromatic content. High
performance additives are providing a stable pH-value and
leading in an excellent corrosion protection and long-term
stability. The high cleaning properties providing an
excellent transport of grinding residues. Jokisch W2 OP is
free of chlorine, nitrite and secondary amines. The modern
formulations results into a semi-transparent fluid. |

REMARKS
-Preparation of an
emulsion:

Jokisch W2 OP has a natural
tendency to dissolve and disperse quickly in water. When
the dilution is made by hand, we recommend the addition of
the product to water (not vice versa) to give a higher
possibility of even dispersion in the liquid mass.
